Home Energy Loan Program (HELP) – City of Ontario
The Home Energy Loan Program (HELP) is for Ontario homeowners
to make energy-efficient upgrades with loans up to $125,000.
Eligible measures include:

- Window and door replacements
- Insulation for basements, attics, and walls
- Air sealing (weather stripping and caulking)
- Geothermal systems
- High-efficiency water heaters, furnaces, boilers, and air conditioners
- Tankless water heaters
- Drain-water heat recovery systems
- Toilet replacements
- Solar hot water systems
- Rooftop solar PV panels
- Level 2 electric vehicle charging stations
- Battery storage systems
